Qeros

Arrived we have at the ridge where gods reside,

a place sustained by Time who stood subdued,

where jagged ridges towered misty eyes.

Like frozen tears the Mountain eye cried.

She blades the air anew in frosted dew.

Arrived we have at the ridge where gods reside.

The moon above alone in her own night.

A Jaguar howls. Behind translucent blue

were Jagged ridges towering misty eyes.

Below tempestuous skies, life has its price

among those who survive—the strongest few.

Arrived we have at the ridge where gods reside.

With fire in huts at night may they respite

but day again brings pain from frostbites anew.

Those Jagged ridges towered misty eyes.

In snow, the spirits of peaks run wild in flight.

With all her ice and bright the moon shines blue.

Arrived we have at the ridge where gods reside,

where jagged ridges towered misty eyes.
